Despite staying only one night, we had a pleasant experience here thanks to the friendly staff who warmly welcomed us.

The clientele mainly consists of elderly folks, seeking relief for their health problems. If you have trouble dealing with loud people and yelling children, this is your place. Everybody is in the sack by 10 pm. And the rates are very good.
The parking at the rear of the hotel could be a problem for people who have trouble climbing stairs because there's no elevator from there to the lobby and other floors.

Excellent service, very very helpful and efficient staff during stay. Having a balcony, a couch, and a mini kitchenette in our good sized room. The beds were very comfy, and the location was excellent and comfortable. Nice pool, parking on site❤

Great hotel with a cozy lounge area and fireplace. The apartments have a nice dining and seating area, and the breakfast is delicious. Loved the outdoor pool and garden.
Oh, the joy of worn-out furniture, dirty carpets, and outdated bathrooms. But who needs spa information when you can just go to the Best Western nearby, right?

This hotel is an absolute gem. The location is breathtaking and the manager was incredibly helpful. The safe key collection made check-in a breeze. The hotel's no-frills approach is perfect for travelers like me, and the kitchenette was a huge bonus. The beds were a dream to sleep on, even better than those fancy 5-star hotels. Next time, I'll make sure to stay for two nights. The breakfast spread was delicious, featuring local cheese. The staff were efficient and friendly, making us feel right at home. The convenient location and the added amenities like the onsite car park and balcony made our stay even more enjoyable. The peacefulness at night was a delightful surprise. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay.

The location, room & restaurant.
No air-con in room. Although they were within their "rights", I didn't like that they charged for a "no show". We arrived a day later than my booking, because I hadn't realised when booking that on your website my previous date had been carried through. I booked a hotel in Huarte, Pamplona with you for 2 nights 18 & 19 August & unfortunately my booking for Hôtel du Lac was also made for 19th, although it should have been for 20th. I thought that at least the hotel could have offered me a discount when I booked in on the 20th.

Location and style. We stay for one night en route from Spain to uk. After a long journey we love to do the walks around the lake.
The rooms are very dated and need modernising.

We asked for apartment and it was reasonably large with good sized balcony. A microwave oven, a fridge, and hotplates were very handy.

The location of this hotel is lovely, being very near the lake. There are lots of activities going on for everyone to enjoy. The staff at this hotel provides a good service and the basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient. The breakfast, although minimal, consists of good quality and plentiful food, with some local products like cheese.
The hotel could improve by updating the rooms, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

This hotel is a hidden gem close to a small lake on the outskirts of Dax. The location is peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a good-sized balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful views. I loved the fact that each room has a kitchenette, allowing you to prepare your own meals if you prefer. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met during our stay.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

We loved staying close to a beautiful lake area during our vacation. Exploring the walking trails around the lake and enjoying the fresh air was a highlight of our trip. the room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well, maintained. the staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a delicious way to start our mornings. We appreciated having a kitchenette and a safe for easy check, in/check, out.
